To ensure maximum efficiency and longevity of the QUB3 device, it is essential to follow simple but regular maintenance and hygiene procedures. After each use, it is recommended to thoroughly clean and disinfect the external surfaces of the device, including the casing and the membrane, as well as the internal surfaces, particularly the glass in the scanning areas.

Cleaning can be performed using specific disinfecting wipes for medical use. Alternatively, you can use a soft, lint-free cloth, spraying a disinfectant compatible with electronic devices onto it. Important: The contact time indicated by the disinfectant manufacturer must be observed to ensure its effectiveness. Do not use pure isopropyl alcohol, abrasive solvents, or products that may damage the device’s sensitive materials.

The QUB3 device is covered by a 12-month warranty from the activation date (the date reported on the Delivery Note (DDT) issued by the distributor). The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not attributable to improper or negligent use of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage or damage caused by drops;
• Damage resulting from misuse, tampering, or unauthorized alterations;
• Damage caused by failure to observe maintenance and cleaning instructions;
• Damage resulting from the use of incompatible accessories or materials.

To request assistance or report an issue, you must open a ticket via email at [email protected], specifying the following:

• Device serial number
• Activation date
• Description of the problem encountered
• Error code displayed (if any)

If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the device may be sent to the indicated service center, along with a copy of the delivery document.
